We accept payment via major debit/credit cards, mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad), bank transfer, and cash on delivery in eligible areas. Careivo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or policy violation.
Estimated delivery times are next-day within Dhaka and 2–4 business days nationwide, though actual times may vary due to courier, weather, or stock conditions. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout — please ensure your details are accurate.
Products sold on Careivo.shop carry the manufacturer's official warranty (typically 12 months for smartphones and laptops, unless otherwise stated on the product page). Warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. Full details are available on our Return & Warranty page.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once delivered, our 7-day replacement policy applies as described in the Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to misuse Careivo.shop, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access to our systems, submitting false order information, scraping or reselling our content without permission, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
